You will be collected from your hotel or Nile Cruise in Luxor and transferred to the airport for your flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, your private Egyptologist guide will accompany you on a fascinating tour of Cairo’s most celebrated historical sites.

The Great Pyramid of Khufu, is the largest and most famous pyramid in Egypt and the only surviving wonder of the ancient world. Constructed around 2600 BC under the supervision of Khufu’s architect Hemiunu, the pyramid originally stood at approximately 147 metres high and was built using around 2.3 million limestone blocks. Inside the structure are several remarkable chambers, including the King’s Chamber, the Queen’s Chamber, and the Grand Gallery.
The Great Sphinx, is one of Egypt’s most iconic monuments, combining the body of a lion with the face believed to represent Pharaoh Khafre, who ruled during the Fourth Dynasty. Built around 2500 BC, the Sphinx was regarded as a powerful guardian of the Giza Plateau and remains a symbol of strength and wisdom.
The Valley Temple, was constructed during the Old Kingdom period and played an important role in royal funerary rituals and mummification practices. This exceptionally preserved structure was used in preparing members of the royal family for burial and provides valuable insight into the burial traditions of ancient Egypt.

dedicated to preserving and displaying the treasures of ancient Egypt. Situated close to the Giza Pyramids and covering nearly 490,000 square metres, the museum features extensive conservation facilities, research centres, and educational spaces. Visitors can admire extraordinary exhibits including the Hanging Obelisk, the colossal statue of Ramses II, and the complete collection of over 5,000 artefacts belonging to Tutankhamun.

Khan El Khalili Bazaar, is Cairo’s most famous traditional market and has served as a major trading centre since the late 14th century. Visitors can browse a wide selection of souvenirs, handcrafted items, jewellery, spices, and local products while experiencing the lively atmosphere of historic Islamic Cairo.
At the end of your tour, you will be transferred to Cairo Airport for your return flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, you will be taken back to your hotel or Nile Cruise.
