After a safety briefing and an introduction to your ground crew and pilot, you’ll ascend into the still-dark sky. The quiet majesty of the early morning sun, rising over the East Bank and illuminating Luxor city and the surrounding mountains, is an unforgettable sight! To the east, you’ll see the Karnak Temple greeting the morning sun, while to the west, you’ll find the magnificent Hatshepsut Temple nearby. You’ll also admire the Colossi of Memnon and, if the wind permits, fly over the Ramesseum Temple for an incredible aerial view of the complex. In the distance, the hidden Valley of the Queens rests peacefully within the mountains.

A chase vehicle and your landing team will follow your hot air balloon, waiting for you to help with disembarking. Your hot air balloon ride will last approximately 30-45 minutes, ensuring you’re back at your hotel or cruise ship in time for breakfast and your morning departure.
