When conducting a form of official business dealings, there are always terms and conditions to govern all the aspects of this agreement. \u00a0 To Secure Your Payment <\/strong><\/h3>\n

In order to fully secure your payment, you should inform Eden Tours Egypt of your Request as from the moment you contact us, we will discuss and finalize all details and arrangements concerning your tour and send the completed itinerary for the final confirmation. After you have confirmed all the details in the itinerary as agreed, you will need to pay the deposit as discussed by wire transfer or a credit card transaction.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Amendments by the Client<\/h3>\n

While booking your tour with us, you will find it so easy and very flexible to book the tour you want and you may need to do some changes to the initial itinerary to fit mote your needs and we will discuss all options with you to arrange the best possible tour you deserve. You can let our operation department know all of your requirements, whether you would like to add or remove anything and they will inform you if it is a good choice from your side or not.<\/p>\n

Payment Policy<\/h2>\n


All the reservations should be made very early before booking the required vacation. A spot on the given tour will be secured upon receiving the required deposit that is estimated based on the required tour, the number of travelers, and the required date of the tour. The deposit will of course count as part of your final payment.<\/p>\n

\u2022 For Overland Tours<\/strong>
\u00a0For the overland separate day tours that don\u2019t require any booking of hotels nor domestic flights, we usually ask for a down payment about 25% of the total cost of the tour. You have the freedom to pay the cost in any currency you want in USD, EURO, GBP, etc. If you would like to pay the tour cost via your Credit Card, then there will be an extra 3% extra bank fees.<\/p>\n

\u2022 For the Shore Excursions<\/strong>
\u00a0Regarding any shore excursion, we require 25% from the tour cost to be sent as a deposit through your Credit\/ Debit card with no extra charges or through a Bank Transfer and regarding the remaining, it should be paid upon your arrival in cash in a currency you want or via your card whatever it is with an extra 3% as bank fees.<\/p>\n

\u2022 For the Tours that Include Flights <\/strong>
\u00a0Also for such tours, we require 25% down payment via your Credit Card, or through a bank transfer and the remaining shall be paid upon your arrival in cash in USD, EGP, or via your card with an extra 3% as bank fees. Feel free to pay the cost of your tour with any currency\u00a0you want.<\/p>\n

\u2022 For the High Luxury Tours <\/strong>
\u00a0To confirm your High Luxury booking, we require a 50% deposit of the total tour cost. This deposit can be made via Credit\/Debit card or directly through\u00a0 \u00a0your bank account. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash upon your arrival. Alternatively, if you prefer to complete the full payment in advance, you\u00a0 \u00a0may pay the remaining balance by Credit\/Debit card before arrival. Please note that a 3% bank processing fee will apply for card payments made in\u00a0 \u00a0advance.<\/p>\n

\u2022 For Any of Our Travel Packages <\/strong>
\u00a0We request 50% of the total cost of your tour as a deposit via your Credit\/Debit card or via either your bank account and the remaining will be paid upon your arrival in cash. You can pay the remaining via your Card in advance before your arrival with an extra 3% bank fee.
\u00a0Kindly Note That your booking should be made as early as possible to guarantee the availability of your tour and once we receive your deposit, it is going to be our responsibility to start your booking procedures based on the required date of the tour, the number of travelers, and of course, the required tour package. Paying the deposit is now much easier than ever as your tour operators will create a secured link for you with the agreed-on deposit and then\u00a0 \u00a0you can use it in a very smooth way to send us the deposit.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Payment by Credit Card<\/h3>\n

In order to pay your deposit or the final payment via your Credit Card, our tour operators will create a secured invoice for you to be able to pay the amount of money agreed on in a very smooth, secure, and easy way. No need to send us any information regarding your Credit, or Debit Cards details and you can only use the secured link provided from our side to have a successful transaction throughout a secured payment gateway.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Cancellation policy of Eden Tours Egypt<\/h2>\n

Cancellation All the Year Except Peak Time<\/h4>\n

All the cancellation requests should be sent through fax or an email to provide the Company with written confirmation that confirms your reservation should be canceled. In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied.<\/p>\n

Dates & Charges:<\/strong>
* From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 15% of the total tour price will be charged.
* Between 60 and 30 days before your arrival date, 25% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
* Between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
* Between 14 and 7 days before your arrival date, 75% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
* Between 7 and 1 day before your arrival date, 100% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.<\/p>\n

In addition, cancellation fees apply to all domestic flights within Egypt.
If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to the applicable fees according to the airline\u2019s cancellation policy.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Cancellation for Christmas, New Year, and Easter time<\/h3>\n

\u2022 Christmas & New Year Season Starts from 20 Dec to 31 Jan. <\/strong>
\u2022 Easter Season starts from 25 Mar – 30 Apr. <\/strong>
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:<\/p>\n

\u2022 From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date
\u00a0 \u00a025% of the entire tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
\u2022 Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date
\u00a0 \u00a050% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
\u2022 Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date
\u00a0 \u00a075% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
\u2022 Between 14 and 1 days before your arrival date
\u00a0 \u00a0100% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.<\/p>\n


Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights all around Egypt.<\/p>\n

Refunds<\/h3>\n

All refunds will be performed through the same account, in the same method of the original payment.<\/p>\n

No Refunds will be possible in the event of a no-show for a present reservation.<\/p>\n

Postponing Your Tour<\/h3>\n


You can get back to us if you decide to postpone your tour to another date if neither of your booking procedures was taken from our side. Then we can postpone your tour as you wish.<\/p>\n

After reaching an agreement with us of postponing your tour and then you decide to cancel your booking for any reason, then our cancellation policy will be applicable.<\/p>\n


Price Stability Clause<\/h3>\n


Once the full payment or deposit has been made, the agreed-upon price shall be considered final and binding for both parties. Under no circumstances will we request any additional payment or price increase, nor will the customer be permitted to request a reduction in the agreed-upon price.
This ensures a fair and transparent agreement for all parties involved.<\/p>\n
