Description

In the early morning we will pick you up from your hotel to visit Dendara temple, driving for one hour going
to Qena city north of Luxor 60KM to the temple of the cow goddess Hathor the goddess of
love, life, music and motherhood.
This temple is famous for the astronomical scenes and zodiacs stars on the ceiling.

The temple is a Greek Roman period.
This is the only temple in Egypt where you can climb the stairs and walk on the roof of the
temple, it is also the only temple with a Calendar on the ceiling, and the only temple where
you can go down in a crypt under the ground to see beautiful intact scenes.
